Hello visitor! This website is not really intended for an audience, but I'm still happy you are here. This blog exists for two reasons:
I don't know anything about web development, and I needed an excuse to learn and practice. That's the main reason really. Long ago I realized that unless you apply your new your skills somewhere, you might as well not bother learning them at all. And sharing your work with other people gives you the drive to commit and see something through. So this is was way of committing to learning at least the basics of web development, so I can cross it off my to-do list.
I'm not a huge fan of social media, so I might as well write here. I recently listened to an interview with Jeremy Howard where he recommended blogging as a tool for networking. I don't see how my zero-visitor blog about my NDA-filled portfolio is going to help me with that, but I did find the idea appealing. I'm not sure I have that much wisdom to share, but I've enjoyed the exercise so far, and maybe someone else will stumble onto this and find something useful or inspiring.
Have fun!
